Gerogia A. Beletsioti received the B.Sc. degree in computer science from the Computer Science Department of University of Crete, in 2011. In 2014 and 2020, she received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree respectively, in Computer Science from the Department of Informatics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She currently works as a Postdoctoral researcher in the Network and Communication Systems Lab in the Department of Informatics of AUTH. She has participated in 4 EU-funded research projects. Her current research interests are in the areas of optical networks, LPWAN and IoT Networks. Moreover, she holds a M.Sc. degree in ICT in Education from the Department of Educational and Social Policy of University of Macedonia.
